●Land Tax:2.84% for Residential; 5% for Commercial/Industrial (based on Unimproved Capital Value).

●Garbage Rates:K232.05/quarter (Residential) and K371.25/quarter (Commercial).

●In-Person: NCDC Cashier, City Hall.
