Public Notice: Liquor License Renewal Reminder

The National Capital District Commission advises all liquor license holders in the NCD that current licenses will expire on 30 December 2025.

To ensure a timely renewal and avoid penalties, please submit your applications to the Licensing Division immediately. Key requirements include:

●Statutory Planning & Building: Submission of physical planning and building approvals.

●Food Safety: A Food Safety Management Plan/Program (for food-serving establishments).

●Settlement of Arrears: Payment of all outstanding land tax and garbage rates. Tenants should coordinate with landlords to ensure accounts are settled.
