Public Tender - NCD Building Projects
The National Capital District Commission invites qualified building construction companies to submit tenders for the following project:
Tender #: NCDC 2025 – 60
Project Title: Design & Construct 1 x 8 Classroom Building for Hohola Demonstration Primary School.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
●100% Papua New Guinean ownership.
●Minimum 15 years’ experience in building infrastructure.
●Submission of a K5,000 Tender Deposit (Bank Guarantee only).
●Sound financial capacity and employment of registered Architects/professionals.
Collection & Submission:
Tender documents are available for collection at the City Hall ground floor cashiers’ office for a non-refundable fee of K200.
Deadline: Sealed bids must be delivered to the Tender Box at City Hall before 10:00 AM on 8th January 2025.
