BREEDING AND KEEPING ANIMALS WITHIN RESIDENTIAL PREMISES IN THE CITY IS AN OFFENCE.
National Capital District Commission wishes to inform the city residents of Port Moresby that, breeding and keeping of animals and birds within residential premises is strictly prohibited and constitutes as an offence under Section 5 of the Public Health (Sanitation & General) Regulations, Chapter 226.
All residents are encouraged to cooperate and refrain from such activities.
Residents are to report anyone in breach of this public health requirement to NCDC Health Division through the telephone numbers below.
