OPENING OF VALLEY ESTATE, GEREHU
I was pleased to have been invited to inaugurate the Valley Estate Commercial Centre in Gerehu over the weekend. This gated community is set to redefine the Gerehu area and elevate the value of the surrounding neighbourhood.
This region is poised for growth, and I encourage all to recognize that any investment made here will undoubtedly yield favourable returns.
NCDC has ongoing plans to develop Tete into a suburb, and the upcoming establishment of the new National Government Level 5 Hospital in the vicinity will contribute to its transformation.
Under my leadership, the City Authority will persist in enhancing roads and amenities in this area. I urge investors and private citizens alike to maintain a positive outlook on the future. We are steadfast in our commitment to realizing our vision of a well-planned, secure, clean, and healthy city.
