NCDC JOB VACANCIES GO ONLINE
PORT MORESBY: City Manager, Ravu Frank announced today that all NCDC position vacancies will now be advertised and made accessible online via NCDC’s website, https://phpstack-818653-2816762.cloudwaysapps.com/vacancies as part of NCDC’s commitment to a digital transformation, open transparency and professionalization of the Commission.
Mr Frank stressed that the online job application page added to NCDC’s commitment to advance in NCDC's use of information and communication technology services.
He also stressed that the advertisement of positions ensured that both internal NCDC and external candidates were aware of position vacancies within the Commission as they became available.
City Manager also added that as part of the IT advances, NCDC had already commenced remitting funds electronically to its service providers, accepting online payments for garbage, burial and land rates and were issuing liquor licenses online with added security features.
Mr Frank announced that all the online advancements taking place were to support the community with faster processing, to assist in reducing queuing times at the City Hall customer service counter and to help become a more environmentally sustainable Commission.
