Engagement of
contractors only through Computerized Purchase
Orders
This is to reiterate to the general public,
suppliers and the contractors that NCDC ceased
committing expenditures by issuing letters of
engagement. As required by Law, all the engagements
are being done by issuing our computerized Purchase
Order authorized by the City Manager. NCDC will not
be responsible for any engagements other than by the
issue of computer generated purchase order.
Please take note that it is the responsibility of
the contractors or suppliers to insist on the
official purchase orders before commencement of
works or supply of goods. Invoices or claims
submitted without the purchase orders will be
rejected outright.
