How payments could be made to NCDC?

 

NCDC requires ratepayers support in their timely payment of rates. Land & Garbage tax/rates notices have been sent out. Please contact our revenue section located at the ground floor of City Hall for any rates clarification or for non-receipt of notices. They can be contacted on:

You may pay your rates through any one of the following modes.

  1. Payments at the City Hall cash office located at the Ground Floor.

  2. EFTPOS -  (Kundu Card, Save Card of BSP/ former PNGBC, Access Card (ANZ) and Handy Card (Westpac).

  3. Bill Pay - Bill Code for Land Tax 10199, Garbage Rates 10448.  Please use the property reference number for payments through Bill Pay

  4. Post Offices in NCD

  5. Other collection points to be advised soon.
