NCDC requires ratepayers support in their timely payment of rates. Land & Garbage tax/rates notices have been sent out. Please contact our revenue section located at the ground floor of City Hall for any rates clarification or for non-receipt of notices. They can be contacted on:

You may pay your rates through any one of the following modes.

Payments at the City Hall cash office located at the Ground Floor.

EFTPOS - (Kundu Card, Save Card of BSP/ former PNGBC, Access Card (ANZ) and Handy Card (Westpac).

Bill Pay - Bill Code for Land Tax 10199, Garbage Rates 10448. Please use the property reference number for payments through Bill Pay
