This is to advice all the business houses, contractors, suppliers of goods and services of national capital district commission that from 16 january 2003 our banks under no circumstances accept not negotiable ncdc cheques to the account of a third party, irrespective of amount.

This means ncdc cheques should be negotiated only at the banks through the bank account of the payee of the respective cheques.

Ncdc will not assume any responsibility to the business houses who cash ncdc cheques.
