Michael Malabag
Commissioner
Michael Malabag is the president of Public Employees Association
and represents Trade Unions [Section 5(b)(v) of National Capital
District Commission Act 2001] in the NCDC Board.
He was the Chairman of the Commission Board from late 2003 until
June 2004.
