Cr. Opao Udia is the Chairman of Motu Koitabu Council and on the Commission Board representing the Motu Koitabu Council together with other one more councilor [Section 5(e)(i) of National Capital District Commission Act 2001].

Cr. Opao is the Deputy Governor of NCD and Deputy Chairman of NCDC.
