Leslie Alu

Leslie is the holder of the substantive position of Deputy City Manager - Engineering (City Engineer). The Board appointed Leslie to be the caretaker City Manager pending the formal appointment by National Executive Committee.

Leslie is a professional engineer by carrier and brings a total of well over 15 years of engineering experience within the Commission.

Leslie was instrumental in implementing NCDC's numerous engineering projects and the road furniture.
